Essatech holdings Sa Ltd has experienced an extensive growth and rising commitment on all continents. Today South Africa  IT-distributor of memory, hard disks, CPU's, network products and other IT accessories has 189 employees from different cultural backgrounds.

The company employs a wide variety of nationalities. Dutchmen, , Swedes, Englishmen, Germans and Frenchmen work side by side with the South African salesmen and provide the company with a unique, dynamic and international atmosphere.

This assembly of nationalities provides us with an exceptional richness of ideas, which is discussed with interest and mutual respect. At Essatech Holding Sa Ltd  we put a lot of effort into integrating the foreign employees, professionally as well as socially. Right from the start foreigners are put through an extensive education program, which includes training in sales technique with both internal and external courses and a thorough training concerning our products. The education takes six months and involves among others the assignment of a personal coach to each trainee for as long as it seems necessary.
